This hotel offers both fantastic highlights and some frustrating drawbacks. While we were incredibly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff at checkout, we encountered a truly unpleasant experience with a member of staff who loudly banged on our neighbor’s door at 6am. This was incredibly disruptive and unfortunately dismissed by the management, which was disappointing.
However, the hotel also has many positive aspects. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a wide variety of hot and cold foods and delicious coffee. We also appreciated the sports lounge, which provided a comfortable waiting area before heading to the airport.
