A Detailed Look at The Princess Room
Located on the first floor of the venue, The Princess Room is ideal for both Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions. Our team will meticulously manage the organization, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. Here’s a breakdown of the room hire details:
– Room Hire: 11 am to 6 pm
– Ceremony Room Hire: 11 am to 2 pm
– Room Turnaround for Seated Meal: Between Ceremony and Seated Meal
– Seated Meal: 2 pm onwards
– Vacate Room: 6 pm
We understand that each event has its unique needs. Therefore, we offer flexibility in timing logistics. And if you’re planning an event for 50 guests or more, you can opt to hire banqueting furniture for a truly grand setup. (Additional charges apply).

A £200 deposit is required to secure your event space. An additional 12.5% service charge applies. The minimum spends shown here apply to both food and beverages. Pre-orders, packages, and purchases on the night all contribute towards your minimum spend. We encourage you to speak with our events team to discuss our events brochures, which offer detailed information about our catering options. Our packages are tailored to meet your budget and requirements, ensuring your vision comes to life.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take note of the following:
– Guests under 21 are not allowed after 8 pm.
– Live music is allowed until 10:30 pm in our Garden Room. DJs can continue playing until later.
– Bands/DJs are not permitted to bring their own equipment but must use the venue’s sound system.
– Cancellations made 30 to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
