A Wheelchair Nightmare

“I was shocked when the wheelchair assistant demanded payment for a service I thought was free! I always tip generously, but this guy forced me to pay, and when I refused, he started demanding money from my daughter who had come to pick me up! It felt like a complete rip-off! My Delta flight was otherwise fantastic, right from check-in to arrival. But this experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed.”

A First Class Disaster?

“We decided to splurge on first-class tickets, hoping for a relaxing and comfortable journey. The seats were spacious, but our flight was delayed because the flight attendants arrived late! This caused a huge inconvenience for everyone, especially those who needed to make connecting flights. To top it off, one of our four checked bags went missing! We waited around for hours, and Delta’s online help wasn’t helpful at all. Luckily, the baggage claim staff were friendly and sympathetic, but it was a stressful experience overall. It seems that paying extra for first-class doesn’t guarantee you’ll get better service. We’ll definitely think twice before doing that again!”

Norse Atlantic: Good but Not Great

“We flew premium on the way to London but opted for economy on the return flight. While the flight crew was professional and polite, they felt distant and only provided basic services. The aircraft was comfortable enough, but there wasn’t much extra personal space. Overall, it was a decent flight, and I would consider Norse Atlantic again, but I wasn’t wowed by the service.”

British Airways: A Flight from Hell

“My British Airways flight was a complete disaster! A system crash caused major problems with boarding passes, leading to confusion and missed connections. We were all set to board our connecting flight, but the staff refused to let us through. Things got even worse when the next staff member accused us of lying and said we were going to be too late for our flight. They were wrong; I was over an hour early! After waiting for hours, I was forced to book a train home, which took four hours. The entire experience was stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend British Airways to anyone. I’m truly disappointed because this happened on my last flight after three months of travelling!

Business Class Disappointment

“I was looking forward to a luxurious business class flight with British Airways, but my expectations were shattered. The lounge at LAS was basic and crowded, and even the LHR/T3 lounge wasn’t comparable to United Airlines’ Polaris lounges. The boarding process was chaotic, and the business suites, while nice, weren’t as comfortable as I expected. The service was also disappointing. The crew was friendly, but the dinner service was basic, and there was no personal attention afterwards. It felt like a mediocre economy class experience, not the luxurious business class I had paid for. The arrival at LHR was another chaotic mess, with a packed bus for First/Business class and a driver who yelled at passengers to cram themselves in. It’s a shame because British Airways really doesn’t seem to care about its customers.”
