To check in smoothly, please bring your passport if you’re not from the UK. If you’re a UK resident, you’ll need either your driving license or passport. Just a friendly reminder: if you’re on a corporate rate, you might be asked to show your company ID. It helps us confirm your booking.

Payment and Policies

Do I need a payment method when I check in?

Yes! We need to pre-authorize £75 per day on your card. This allows you to enjoy all the hotel’s amenities and charge any purchases to your room without hassle. It’s a convenient system!

Just a heads-up: We are a cashless hotel, so please be prepared to use a card.

Getting to The Westin London City

What’s the best way to get to the hotel?

If you’re arriving by car, please use our main entrance on Upper Thames Street. However, if you’re walking or taking the tube (closest station: Mansion House), use our north entrance on Huggin Hill. Remember: Between 10 pm and 7 am, only hotel guests can use the north entrance. You’ll need your key.

## Dining and Amenities

Where can I get a delicious meal?

We have two incredible restaurants: Mosaic, a vibrant city all-day dining venue offering global dishes, nutritious recipes, and local favorites, and Hithe + Seek, a stylish wine bar located in the heart of London. Hithe + Seek is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. We also have 24-hour in-room dining for those who prefer to dine in.

Parking and Decorations

Where can I park my car?

The closest parking facility is NCP Thames Vintry, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Top Tip: Park your car before heading to the hotel. London traffic can be tricky, and getting back to the car park might take longer than you expect.

Can I decorate my room?

We don’t allow external decorations because they can damage our rooms. We want to keep them in tip-top shape for everyone! But don’t worry – our Guest Experience Team can create stunning decorations for any occasion. Just send an email to [email protected] to find out more.

## Rooms and Accessibility

Do you have bathtubs in your rooms?

Most of our rooms have showers, but you can also request a room with a bathtub. Our Signature Family and Luxury Family rooms, along with our Executive and Presidential Suites, have bathtubs. Contact our reservations team at [email protected] for more information.

Do you offer airport transportation?

We don’t offer an airport shuttle, but our concierge team can help arrange transportation by train, tube, or car. Just reach out to [email protected]. They’re happy to help!
