We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer 15 minutes of free waiting and parking time with every airport and port pickup. This grace period gives you a buffer for any unexpected delays with luggage or passport control.
Want to feel even more relaxed? Opt for our meet and greet service and a friendly driver will be waiting for you inside the terminal, ready to assist you with your luggage. For cruise terminal pickups, we’ll meet you at the arrivals gate of your designated terminal.
No meet and greet? No problem! Your driver will be waiting for you at the designated pickup area outside your terminal. We’ll provide all your driver and vehicle details before your journey, so you can relax knowing everything is in order.
Flight Tracking: We’ve Got Your Back
Rest assured, we’re keeping an eye on your flight! Our flight tracking system monitors your arrival time and adjusts your pickup schedule accordingly.
Here’s how it works:
- You provide us with your flight number and landing time.
- Once your plane touches down, our driver will be waiting at the pickup point after your chosen time frame.
- Remember, you also have those valuable 15 minutes of free parking and waiting time on us!
Booking in Advance: It Pays Off!
To ensure you secure your ride, we always recommend booking in advance. Not only will you get the best price, but you’ll also have peace of mind knowing that your transportation is secured. Don’t leave your transfer to chance!
Cancellations & Refunds: What to Expect
Flexibility is key! We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation policy:
Pre-paid bookings will be refunded within 10 working days of cancellation. The funds may take an additional 4 working days to reach your account.
Cancellation fees apply:
- More than 24 hours before pickup time: No charge, full refund.
- Between 24 and 3 hours before pickup time: 30% of the journey price.
- Between 3 hours and up to the pickup time: 50% of the journey price.
- Once the journey has commenced (driver on the way or arrived): 100% of the journey price.
Flight disruptions happen:
- Flight cancelled: You can choose a full refund or reschedule your journey.
- Flight diverted: You can opt for a full refund or reschedule your journey from the new airport. If a price difference arises, you will be responsible for the additional cost.
- To qualify for a full refund for a cancelled flight, we require proof of cancellation (if the journey was cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup).
