What documents do I need to check in?
To ensure a smooth check-in, all non-UK residents must present their passport. UK residents need to provide a driving license or passport for identification. If you are booking under a corporate rate, we may ask for your corporate ID to verify the rate.
Do I need a payment method at check-in?
Yes, all reservations require a £75 authorization per day. This allows you to enjoy the hotel’s amenities and charge expenses to your room without any hassle. Please note that we are a cashless property, so you’ll need to use a card for all transactions.
Top Tip: If you have an advance purchase reservation, remember to bring the card you used for the initial payment. Don’t worry if you forget it, we can refund the original card and use an alternative payment method upon arrival.
Accessibility & Entrance
Is your main entrance the only way in?
While we recommend guests arriving by car to use the main entrance on Upper Thames Street, those arriving on foot or by tube can use our north entrance on Huggin Hill. This entrance is accessible from the Mansion House station, the closest tube station. Please note that from 10 PM to 7 AM, this door is accessible with hotel guest keys only.

We offer two fantastic dining options on-site, along with our 24-hour in-room dining service.

Where can I park my car?
The closest parking facility is NCP Thames Vintry, a locally managed parking garage located approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Top Tip: We recommend parking your car before arriving at the hotel. Due to London’s one-way system, it may take a while to get back to the car park after reaching the hotel.

Can I bring balloons and decorations for my room?
While we appreciate your desire to create a festive atmosphere, we do not allow external decoration packages as they can cause damage to our rooms. Please be aware that deep cleaning and damage fees will apply.
