The St Giles Circus development, a collaborative effort by Orms, Ian Chalk Architects, Consolidated Developments, and Outernet Global, aims to breathe new life into Denmark Street, preserving its musical soul while embracing a forward-looking vision. Orms masterplanned the entire development, overseeing the design of buildings on Denmark Street’s north side, with Ian Chalk Architects leading the design of the south side buildings.
