The receptionist seemed unable to locate our reservation at first, and we were asked to pay for our stay even though we had already paid using our points. We also found the request for a guest’s details on a torn piece of paper for emergency purposes to be a little strange.

We booked a standard twin room, expecting a basic setup. But we were surprised to find a larger-than-expected room with an additional single bed. For an airport hotel, the size was impressive.
Our room featured a double bed, two bedside tables, a single bed, a flat-screen TV, and a good-sized desk. We were happy to find tea and coffee making facilities, perfect for a quick caffeine boost in the morning.
The room decor was simple but functional. We had a wardrobe for our clothes, a full-size mirror, a hanger, and a vanity area with a mirror. Plenty of space for our luggage without making the room feel cramped.
The view from the window wasn’t anything special, but it wasn’t a big deal since we arrived late and left early.

The bathroom was a decent size, clean, and had a bathtub, a power shower, and a large mirror. A hairdryer was also provided, a welcome addition.
While vanity kits weren’t available, we had a soap dispenser by the sink and a shower gel/shampoo dispenser by the shower.

Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay, but we could have enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. We opted for breakfast at the airport, but the hotel had a well-stocked cafe with Costa coffee, meal deal options, pastries, snacks, and a wide selection of drinks.
The hotel also has an in-house restaurant, perfect for a relaxed meal or a drink at the bar. We arrived late and checked out early, so we didn’t have the chance to try the food and drinks.
A Quick and Smooth Checkout
In stark contrast to the check-in experience, the checkout process was quick and effortless. We simply vacated the room, went downstairs to the lobby, and dropped the room key in the designated box.
We were out of the hotel and on our way to the terminal in just three minutes!
