Our lunchtime visit allowed us to indulge in their All Day Dining Menu, a collection of timeless favorites meticulously crafted by Bea Tollman, the President and founder of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. We were warmly greeted by the Assistant F&B Manager, Fiachra, who welcomed us with a delightful glass of champagne.

To kickstart our meal, we shared a selection of delectable small plates. The pork sausage rolls, served with homemade piccalilli, were a delightful bite-sized treat. The wild mushroom arancini, served with aromatic truffle mayonnaise, offered a warm and comforting experience. These comforting morsels left us eager for more.
Steak Perfection and Classic Brunch Delights
My dining partner opted for the classic H. Foreman’s smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and toasted sourdough. A timeless brunch option, it was a testament to simplicity and perfection.
My choice landed on a dry-aged Bavette steak, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. The tender and flavorful steak was beautifully complemented by a creamy béarnaise sauce and golden triple-cooked chips. It was a true steak lover’s dream!

To conclude our culinary journey, we indulged in a delectable dessert selection. The English strawberry Arctic roll with elderflower and Thai basil, alongside Bea Tollman’s honeycomb ice cream, drizzled with salted caramel sauce, provided a sweet and satisfying finish.
