A Family-Friendly Getaway: Treehouse Bhiwadi Review

Treehouse Bhiwadi offers a welcoming escape for families and friends seeking a relaxing weekend retreat. This resort, divided into a business wing and a resort wing, provides something for everyone. We stayed in the resort wing and found its lush green landscapes and well-maintained courtyards to be truly charming.

A Welcoming Escape: Exploring the Resort

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautiful entrance adorned with vibrant plants and serene water channels. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The resort’s spacious rooms, each equipped with large windows, provided ample natural light. However, we did find the air conditioning a bit slow to cool the rooms, taking over an hour to reach a comfortable temperature.

The room’s furniture, including a writing desk with a chair and a large sofa-type chair, was comfortable. The window seat offered the most pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the views. We were, however, a bit disappointed with the bed, as the two units weren’t securely fixed and could easily become displaced. The mattresses also felt aged, leading to a less than perfect night’s sleep. Additionally, the room’s lighting left much to be desired, particularly for my wife who found it inconvenient for applying makeup.

The bathroom was basic, offering only a limited range of amenities: two small soaps, shampoo, moisturizer, and shower gel refills. While adequate, it lacked some essentials we usually expect in a resort setting.

Breakfast and Leisure: A Mixed Bag

The breakfast buffet, while offering a decent variety, lacked a wow factor. The food was ordinary, with limited choices and just okay taste. The milk shake was a pleasant surprise, and the parathas and omelette were enjoyable. However, the idlis were a bit hard, and the tea was disappointing, tasting as if it had been reheated from an earlier preparation.

Fortunately, the resort’s expansive lawns offered plenty of space for children to play and have fun. Two swimming pools are available, one for adults and another for kids, complete with a small slide. The resort also provides a dedicated kids’ room filled with activities to keep little ones entertained. Adults can enjoy the indoor badminton court, card room, squash court, and billiards room. A spa is also available but we opted not to indulge. Overall, the resort offers a good mix of recreational options.

A Second Stay: Our Perspective

After our initial stay, we were so impressed by the overall experience that we extended our trip by a day. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was spacious, neat, and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary water bottles, tea/coffee, and breakfast. The bedsheets, bathroom, and other amenities were also impeccably maintained.

What truly stood out was the complimentary access to all the resort’s recreational facilities, including table tennis, lawn tennis, pool table, billiards, swimming, and badminton. In many other hotels, these activities come with an hourly charge, so the free access was a delightful perk.

We did have a couple of suggestions for improvement: the buffet lunch and dinner prices at Rs. 600 could be reduced to make them more affordable, and the resort could take steps to address the occasional presence of disruptive guests. We encountered a few guests who used inappropriate and vulgar language in the restaurant, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for other guests.

A Family Anniversary Escape: Our Experience

We booked a quick one-day stay at Treehouse Bhiwadi to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our two-year-old daughter. The resort provided a decent range of amenities suitable for a small family. During our visit in mid-May, the weather was hot, but the swimming pool offered a welcome respite from the heat. My daughter, experiencing her first time in a pool, had a blast.

While the food prices were slightly higher than we expected, the buffet was a good value for money. We found the service to be responsive and helpful. When choosing a room, we recommend opting for the “Supreme Category (Resort wing)” which offers pool views. We stayed in Room #104, which we found to be enjoyable. From what we gathered, rooms 102-105 are the best in the resort. The only drawback was the lack of shaded parking.

A Night at Treehouse: Lessons Learned

My stay at Treehouse with my wife and son was a mixed bag. The check-in process was frustrating due to the hotel manager’s insistence on government ID proof for both guests. Parking was also a challenge, with a small lot that was crowded on Saturday night.

The next morning, when we called the reception about breakfast timings, we were told it was available until 11 am. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 am, only to find it packed and no tables available. After a 10-minute wait, we finally secured a table, only to be told that breakfast was over. The restaurant manager refused to serve us, despite there being 30-40 other guests in the same situation. This disappointing experience highlights a need for improvement in the hotel’s service.

A Group Getaway: Full of Fun and Amenities

Our stay at Treehouse with a group of friends was a fantastic experience. As the name suggests, the resort is truly immersed in greenery and trees. The extensive amenities, including a kids’ play room (which was a highlight for our group), an indoor badminton court, billiards and snooker tables, a lawn tennis court, and a large swimming pool, made for a fun-filled stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, though they had a simple aesthetic for a star property. The bathrooms, while functional, lacked some basic amenities such as a dental kit and footrest.

A Short Stay: A Decent Option

Our one-day stay at Treehouse was pleasant enough. The resort offered a variety of indoor and outdoor games, including a pool (though it was under maintenance during our visit). While the place was pleasant, it lacked the premium feel and comfort we experienced at Country Inn, a similar resort located nearby. We did encounter some minor issues with the TV connection and hot water, but they were promptly resolved upon request.

Business Wing Stay: Value for Money

We stayed at Treehouse’s Business Wing Executive Room for a day. The room was clean and spacious with a city view, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. To reach the resort wing and its main activities, we had to cross a small passage.

The resort’s activities were appealing, although we didn’t have time to fully explore them. Overall, our stay was a good value for money. However, we did find the Wi-Fi to be unreliable in the Business Wing, and the food prices were a bit expensive.
