We crafted a comprehensive Building Services Strategy, encompassing mechanical ventilation, heating and cooling systems, electrical infrastructure, lighting, water and drainage systems, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and the rollout of a state-of-the-art Building Management System. Our meticulous efforts revitalized 800 of the hotel’s 1,000+ bedrooms, two conference centers, and all public areas, elevating the facilities to meet the expectations of discerning modern travelers and ensuring the hotel remains a premier destination for years to come.

The Executive Lounge, reserved exclusively for Hilton Honors members, is a testament to our dedication to delivering an exceptional experience. Working hand-in-hand with architects, we created a sophisticated sanctuary that meets the highest standards. Fan coil heating and cooling systems were discreetly integrated behind architectural finishes, ensuring comfort without compromising the lounge’s elegant ambiance. The clever use of glazing, masking the windows while allowing natural light to flood in, along with the introduction of Barrisol ceiling panels to the existing glazed roof, creates a perfect blend of privacy and tranquility, ideal for both work and relaxation.
Enhanced Comfort and Efficiency
A key component of our bedroom refurbishment was the installation of a new Building Management System, designed to elevate the guest experience. New, highly efficient fan coils and room temperature controls empower guests to personalize the comfort and ambience of their room, contributing to energy efficiency. This cutting-edge technology also enables remote control via reception, allowing staff to pre-set room environments based on guest preferences prior to arrival, ensuring a truly personalized experience from the moment they check in.
Sustainable Innovation for a Brighter Future
Our commitment to sustainability is evident in the numerous energy efficiency improvements we implemented. We replaced the building facades and windows to enhance room insulation, reducing energy consumption and creating a more comfortable environment for guests. In the creation of the luxurious Presidential Suites, we conducted thorough surveys to ensure seamless integration of new building services with existing infrastructure, allowing for the flexibility of presenting the space as a single suite or separate rooms, meeting the diverse needs of our guests.
A Culinary Destination
The Tyburn Kitchen and Sports Bar, named after the stone found in the East Wing entrance, is a testament to our dedication to creating unique experiences. The removal of a staff room from the level above allowed for the creation of a double-height ceiling, flooding the space with light and referencing its design inspiration from Covent Garden. Fan coils were cleverly concealed within the walls and banquette seating, ensuring comfort and aesthetics. Guests can recharge their devices with power points strategically placed throughout the space, making it a perfect destination to meet, dine, and work.
Behind the Scenes
Our meticulous attention to detail extends beyond the guest areas. We modernized and refitted all kitchens, upgrading equipment and ventilation systems while ensuring the hotel maintained its existing food and beverage offerings throughout the refurbishment program. In the Central Market Café, we extended the sprinklers to the same level as the foliage hanging from the ceiling, ensuring fire safety while preserving the desired aesthetic inspired by Borough Market. We also delivered standard Building Engineering Services in this space, as well as in the Whisky Bar.
