The warmth and charm of the Leonard greeted me immediately. This hotel isn’t about sleek modern designs, it’s about a welcoming atmosphere and personalized service. Despite my late booking, they were already preparing my room. I settled into the lounge with a glass of bubbly while they finalized the arrangements.
Ten minutes later and I was in my room. The attentive staff were eager to help and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, and the room had a cozy, homey feel. Nothing about this hotel disappointed me, especially the exceptional service and unbeatable prices. The Leonard is a place I’ll definitely return to whenever I find myself back in London.

It’s just a minute’s walk from Oxford Street, yet offers a tranquil oasis away from the bustling crowds. The hotel might have a slightly worn-down look, but this only adds to its unique charm. My room, number 17, was a quirky delight. It had its own private stairs, a separate WC with hanging chains instead of a door, and a shower in the actual room. While not brand new, it was clean and fresh – I loved it! This hotel is ideal for adventurous solo travelers who appreciate a bit of eccentricity.

Its unbeatable location is a major draw – it’s right in the heart of London, just minutes from Oxford Street! The area offers easy access to everything, from late-night eateries to the bustling Oxford Street and even a Tesco grocery store. The breakfast is delicious and filling, providing a nutritious start to the day.
The rooms could benefit from a few modern touches, brighter lighting, and updated bathrooms. However, the exceptional staff, fantastic amenities, and the hotel’s 24-hour restaurant more than make up for these minor shortcomings.
