A London Gem: The Leonard Hotel

The Leonard Hotel is a hidden gem in London that charmed us immediately. We were searching for a place to stay after a disappointing experience at another hotel and found ourselves booking this one while in a taxi just 10 minutes away! We loved the hotel’s traditional charm and friendly staff. They even managed to get our room ready in just 10 minutes, even though we had booked with such short notice! We enjoyed a welcome drink in the lounge while they prepared our room.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious and our room felt like a cozy home away from home. We couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel, especially considering the excellent service and prices. We’re already planning our next trip to London and will definitely be returning to The Leonard!

An Elegant Stay in the Heart of London

We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which certainly put us in a positive mood. The Leonard’s prime location, just a short walk from Marble Arch, is a major draw. The hotel itself has a unique elegance, reminiscent of a bygone era. The rooms are spacious for London and beautifully decorated with old-world charm. We particularly appreciate the helpful staff, always eager to assist with any request.

While our in-room breakfast was enough for two, it didn’t quite match the quality we experienced three years ago. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant start to our day.

Comfort, Convenience, and a Touch of Quirky Charm

My recent stay at The Leonard was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, and I was fortunate enough to be given a suite that was simply magnificent – spacious, comfortable, and a joy to stay in.

The staff was incredibly helpful, always willing to address any needs. And the bathtub! It was the best I’ve encountered in London.

A Family-Friendly Haven in London

The Leonard Hotel is an excellent choice for families visiting London. Its fantastic location makes it easy to explore the city, while the hotel itself provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

During our two stays in 2012 and 2015, our family of five (two parents and three children) enjoyed the hotel immensely. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again during our next London adventure.

A Quirky Retreat in the Heart of London

While I spent most of my time exploring the city, The Leonard Hotel’s perfect location right next to Oxford Street was a huge plus. It’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful, despite being so close to the bustling shopping area.

The hotel has a unique character, with a slightly worn-down charm that adds to its appeal. My room, with its private staircase, separate toilet, and quirky layout, was unlike any I’ve seen before. While it might not be for everyone, I found it delightful! It was clean, fresh, and a memorable experience.

I would highly recommend The Leonard to single travelers looking for a unique and comfortable stay in London.

A London Classic with a Modern Twist

The Leonard has been our family’s go-to hotel in London for the past two years. Its unbeatable location puts you right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything you could desire.

The hotel’s 24-hour restaurant provides convenience, while the daily housekeeping service ensures a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful reception staff always goes the extra mile.

While the rooms could benefit from some modern updates, the wholesome and freshly prepared breakfast was a perfect start to each day. The Leonard offers a combination of traditional charm and modern amenities, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting London.
