A London Gem: The Leonard Hotel

A breath of fresh air after a bad experience. We stumbled upon the Leonard Hotel after a terrible stay at another hotel. With just a quick phone call, they booked us a room without needing a credit card upfront. The hotel itself has a classic, non-corporate vibe, and the staff were incredibly welcoming despite our last-minute arrival. We enjoyed a glass of champagne in the lounge while they prepared our room. Within ten minutes, we were settled in. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was delicious, and our room felt cozy and comfortable. The Leonard Hotel truly exceeded expectations, offering fantastic service and great value for money. We’ll definitely be back if we visit London again!

An Elegant Escape in the Heart of London We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and were upgraded to a suite. The Leonard Hotel is a beautiful oasis, just a short walk from Marble Arch. The rooms have a charming old-world elegance and are spacious for London. We loved the hotel’s ambiance and helpful staff. While our in-room breakfast was plentiful (enough for two!), it wasn’t quite as good as it was during our previous stay three years ago. Still, it was a delicious start to our day.

Exceptional Service and a Unique Stay I had an amazing time at the Leonard Hotel. The location was perfect, and the suite I was given was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and always ready to assist with any requests. The bathroom was particularly impressive, the best I’ve experienced in London!

Family-Friendly and Convenient The Leonard Hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting London. Its location is ideal, and the hotel itself offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the hotel’s convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the city. We’ve stayed here twice with our family, and both times were wonderful experiences. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to London.

Quirky Charm and Perfect Location I can’t say much about the hotel itself, as I spent most of my time exploring the city or relaxing in my unique room. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Oxford Street, yet still peaceful and quiet. The hotel might seem a little worn down, but in a charming way. My room was truly quirky, with its own private staircase leading directly to the room. The bathroom was a bit unusual, with a separate toilet and a shower within the room itself. Although the room was a bit old, it was clean and comfortable. I loved the quirkiness and highly recommend it to solo travelers who are up for a unique experience.

A London Staple: The Leonard Hotel My family and I have been staying at the Leonard Hotel for the past two years, and we can’t recommend it enough. Its central location is a huge plus, with Oxford Street just a short walk away. You’re close to everything, from restaurants and bars to supermarkets and late-night eateries. The breakfast is delicious and filling, giving you energy for a day of exploring. While the rooms could use a few modern upgrades, like brighter lighting and updated bathroom fixtures, the staff, amenities, and overall experience are outstanding. The 24-hour restaurant in the lobby is a great convenience, and the housekeeping and reception staff are always friendly and helpful. If you’re visiting London, I highly recommend the Leonard Hotel.
