What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our reception team is available 24/7. Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm, our standard check-in time. Every guest over the age of 18 must complete a registration card and provide identification at check-in. One guest per room will need to provide a credit or debit card. If your accommodation has been prepaid, your card will be preauthorized in case of incidental charges. If your accommodation has not been settled in advance, charges are payable upon check-in, and your card will be preauthorized for incidental charges.
Which room will I stay in?
Rooms are allocated upon arrival. Photographs on our website and third-party websites are representative of each room type. While we are happy to note your preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific room number or the room featured in a particular photograph.
Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?
Hotel room rates vary depending on the date and the number of adults occupying the room. To accommodate additional guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges before confirming your updated reservation.
Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve and/or stay in a hotel room?
To make a reservation at Blue Orchid Hotels in your name, you must be at least 18 years old. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Check-in may be refused if proof of age cannot be provided upon request.
Can Blue Orchid Hotels supply a cot or crib for my room when I travel with children?
We’ll do our best to accommodate requests for children’s sleeping arrangements. Please add all room requests to the “Special Request” section when making a reservation on our website.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally not allowed at Blue Orchid Hotels, but service dogs are an exception.
Can I visit The Skyline London (private venue) during my visit?
The Skyline London is available for private hire only. Guests can make inquiries by calling the events team at +44 (0) 203 972 1600. Hotel guests can utilize the Residents Lounge and visit the rooftop to enjoy the view if there are no events taking place.
Can I take visitors to my room?
The hotel only permits registered guests to enter and stay in its bedrooms. A registered guest is considered a guest whose details have been provided on the registration card. The hotel does not permit unregistered guests/visitors to enter bedrooms without the express permission of the hotel’s senior management team. The number of registered guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy for the room type reserved at the time of booking.
Can I take visitors to my room?
Only registered guests are permitted to stay in bedrooms. Registered guests are those confirmed at the time of booking and whose personal information is provided on the registration card at the time of check-in. The hotel has maximum occupancy limits depending on the room type which can never be exceeded.
