Accessibility for Wheelchair Users
We’re committed to making travel accessible for everyone. Most stops on our routes are wheelchair-friendly. However, we encourage you to call us at least 36 hours before your trip to confirm the latest accessibility information. This ensures you have a seamless journey. You can find a list of accessible coach routes on our Accessibility page.
If you need assistance or are traveling in a wheelchair, please contact our helpline before booking and at least 36 hours before your departure. You can reach us at 03717 81 81 81 (option 3), from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Calls are charged at the local rate. You can also find more information on our Disabled Travelers page.

Make sure your little ones are ready for the journey! We’ve designed our passenger descriptions to help you choose the right ticket for everyone.
- Children under 14 years old cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult (16 years or older).
- Children under 14 should be booked as “Children.” If they need assistance or travel in a wheelchair, please call our Assisted Travel Helpline.
- We recommend bringing a car seat appropriate for your child’s age. Please ensure you securely fit the seat before the journey.
- Children aged 4 to 11 years old, or up to 150cm tall, may use booster seats. We carry a limited number onboard most coaches.
- Disabled children should be booked as “Children,” not “Disabled.” If they require assistance, please call our Assisted Travel Helpline before booking and at least 36 hours before your trip.
Remember, you may be asked to show proof of age at any point during your journey. Failing to do so may result in the full adult fare being charged.
