Enjoy the Convenience of a Digital Key
Once you’ve checked in and arrived at the hotel, you’ll receive your digital key. You’ll need to be within 2 kilometres of the hotel to access it.
Want a physical keycard too? No problem! Just speak to our reception team.
Need to share your key? You can share your digital key with other guests in your reservation, depending on the number of adults in the booking.
Don’t worry if your phone battery dies or you lose your phone. Simply visit reception, and we’ll help you out.
If your digital key isn’t working, make sure Bluetooth and Location are enabled on your phone. Remove any bulky phone cases that may interfere with the Bluetooth connection.

Refunds and Data Security
If you’re due a refund, it may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your bank account.
