Identification is key! If you’re a UK resident, you’ll need to bring your driving license or passport. For those traveling from outside the UK, a passport is the only accepted form of identification. Don’t forget, if you’re booking a corporate rate, you might also be asked for your company ID to verify your reservation.
Payment and Policies
Payment matters! We require a £75 per day authorization upon check-in. This ensures you can enjoy all the amenities and services the hotel has to offer without any hassle. You can charge your expenses directly to your room, but remember, we are a cashless property.
Advance purchase? Don’t worry if you forget the card you used to pay for your booking! We can handle that. Just let us know, and we’ll happily refund the initial payment and use a different method upon your arrival.
Finding Your Way In
Ready to enter the Westin London City? While our main entrance on Upper Thames Street is perfect for those arriving by car, we have another entrance just for you if you’re walking or taking the tube.
For the tube travelers: Hop off at the Mansion House station and use our north entrance located on Huggin Hill. Keep in mind, between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., access is only available with a hotel guest key.

Parking and Transportation
Driving into the city? The nearest parking facility is the NCP Thames Vintry, a short 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Top Tip: Park your car before reaching the hotel. London traffic can be tricky, and navigating back to the parking garage might take a bit longer due to the one-way system around the hotel.
Decorating Your Stay
Looking to add some festive flair to your room? We want to make sure your stay is perfect, but external decoration packages are not allowed. They can unfortunately cause damage to our rooms.

Age Requirements
Ready to enjoy your stay with us? Guests must be 18 years or older to check into a room.
Traveling with younger guests? We’re happy to welcome children, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
For everyone’s safety, we may request valid photo ID to verify age. Without it, we won’t be able to accommodate your stay.
