Rest assured, assistance dogs are warmly welcomed throughout the Royal Opera House, including the auditorium.

Remember to bring your e-ticket, as it will be scanned at the entrance. The auditorium doors open approximately 30 minutes before the performance begins. The Box Office is conveniently open from 12 noon Monday to Saturday, closing at the start of the evening performance or 6 pm. On Sundays with a performance, the Box Office opens 90 minutes before the performance starts.

Your comfort is our top priority. Our cloakrooms are available for customers two hours before evening performances and 90 minutes before matinee performances. Whether you’re attending a show or a guided tour, our cloakrooms are here to accommodate your needs. Larger bags and backpacks can be stored in our complimentary cloakrooms, but please note that we cannot accommodate pushchairs, e-scooters, or e-unicycles, even when folded. Performances start promptly, so please plan your arrival accordingly. If you arrive late or need to leave the auditorium during a performance, you may be asked to wait in the foyers until the interval or a suitable break in the performance when the lights are raised. This can be up to 90 minutes, but you can still enjoy the performance through our TV monitors.

café and Piazza restaurant are open daily from 12 noon and welcome everyone. Enjoy delicious food and drinks in the Dorfman Conservatory and Paul Hamlyn Hall, open around main stage performances. The Linbury bar is also open around performances in the Linbury theatre. For an exclusive dining experience, make a reservation at the Balconies Restaurant or Crush Room, available to performance ticket holders only.
